71ABy-laws apply to land other than parks or reserves

71A By-laws apply to land other than parks or reserves (1) Where the Commission enters into an agreement under section 73 or 74, the by-laws apply to and in relation to land the subject of the agreement to the extent, and subject to the conditions, limitations and qualifications (if any), as is agreed between the parties to the agreement. (2) Where a by-law applies under subsection (1), the Commission shall, not later than 28 days after entering into the agreement, publish notice of the application of the by-law in: (a) the Gazette; and (b) a newspaper circulating throughout the Territory, and such notice shall include a description of the land to which the by-law applies. (3) A by-law referred to in subsection (2) shall take effect in relation to the land to which it applies on and from the date of publication of the notice in the Gazette.
