67B Offences relating to prohibited entrants
A person must not:
(a) bring a prohibited entrant into the Territory;
(b) have a prohibited entrant in his or her possession or under his
or her control;
(c) release a prohibited entrant in the Territory; or
(d) take a prohibited entrant out of the Territory,
unless the person is authorised to do so under this Act.
