61 Duplicate permits (1) On granting a permit, the Director may issue a duplicate of the permit for: (a) each nominee under the permit; and (b) each person who will be employed or otherwise engaged by the holder of the permit or a nominee under the permit to carry out activities under the permit. (2) A duplicate permit is to be in a form approved by the Director.
