53 Declaration of prohibited entrants
(1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare:
(a) a species of animal that is not a vertebrate and is not
indigenous to the Territory; or
(b) a species of plant that is not indigenous to the Territory,
to be a prohibited entrant.
