49 Notice to owner etc. to eradicate feral animals (1) The Director may, by notice in writing, require the owner or occupier of land in a feral animal control area to undertake the measures specified in the notice for the control or eradication of a feral animal on the land. (2) A person on whom a notice is served under subsection (1) must take all reasonable steps to comply with the terms of the notice. 6 months and, in addition, 5 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues after the first day on which the offence is committed.
