48 Feral animal control areas If, in the Minister's opinion, wildlife or an area of habitat, ecosystem, vegetation or landscape is or soon will be threatened by the presence of a feral animal, the Minister may declare an area of land in respect of the wildlife, habitat, ecosystem, vegetation or landscape to be a feral animal control area.
