35 Commission may make co-operative management agreements for management of wildlife etc. The Commission may negotiate and enter into agreements to implement co-operative schemes for: (a) the protection, conservation, sustainable use, control and management of wildlife; (b) the control and management of feral animals; (c) the prohibition, control and management of prohibited entrants; or (d) the management, preservation, maintenance or care of areas of habitat, ecosystem, vegetation, or landscape, in accordance with a management program.
