27 Exemption from application of Part The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare that this Part or a particular provision of this Part does not apply to or in relation to: (a) the whole or a specified part of the Territory; (b) a specified species of animal or plant; or (c) a specified activity in relation to an animal or plant, and accordingly this Part or that provision does not apply.
