16 Restriction on disposal (1) Notwithstanding this Act (subsection (2) excepted) and any other law of the Territory, no right, title or interest held by the Corporation in respect of land within a park or reserve shall be sold, leased or otherwise disposed of. (2) Where the plan of management relating to a park or reserve so provides, the Corporation may grant leases of, or licences in respect of, land in that park or reserve in accordance with the plan of management.
