128 Appeals not determined before commencement (1) This section applies in relation to an appeal to the Local Court that: (a) was instituted by a person under the former appeal provisions; and (b) had not been finally determined by the Local Court before the commencement. (2) The Local Court is to continue to hear and determine the person's appeal in accordance with the former appeal provisions as if Part 2 of the amending Act had not commenced.
