122 Traditional use of land and water by Aboriginals (1) Nothing in or under this Act limits the right of Aboriginals who have traditionally used an area of land or water from continuing to use that area in accordance with Aboriginal tradition for hunting, food gathering (otherwise than for the purpose of sale) and for ceremonial and religious purposes. (2) The operation and effect of this Act is subject to the Native Title Act 1993 of the Commonwealth.
