121 Service of notices Where, this Act requires or permits a notice to be served on any person, the notice may be served: (a) personally on that person; (b) by delivering it to a person apparently above the age of 14 years, and apparently living or employed at the premises at which the person to be served lives or carries on business; or (c) by forwarding it by certified post in an envelope addressed to the person to be served at his last known place of abode or business.
