119 Destruction of trespassing animals Where a person is found guilty of an offence against a by-law providing for or in relation to the prohibition or the regulation of the admission of animals to parks or reserves or the control of animals on parks or reserves, the court before which he is found guilty may order that the animal in respect of which the offence was committed be destroyed.
