111 Recovery of expenses of Commission (1) Where the Commission enters land and incurs expenses in carrying out work on the land that the owner or occupier of the land was required to do under this Act, the Commission may recover the expenses reasonably incurred by the Commission from the owner or occupier of the land as a debt due and payable to the (2) An amount recoverable as a debt by virtue of subsection (1) is an overriding statutory charge within the meaning of the Land Title Act on the land to which it relates.
