I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Tertiary Education Commission Act 1977.

TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION (PRESCRIBED COMMONWEALTH INSTITUTIONS) REGULATIONS

Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Tertiary Education Commission (Prescribed Commonwealth Institutions) Regulations.

Prescribed Commonwealth institution

For the purposes of the definition of “ prescribed Commonwealth institution ” in sub-section 4 (1) of the Tertiary Education Commission Act 1977, the Australian Maritime College is declared to be a prescribed Commonwealth institution for the purposes of that Act.
