51B Responsible manager or managers of Territory authority must keep responsible Commonwealth Minister informed

(1) The responsible manager or managers of a Territory authority must give the responsible Commonwealth Minister such reports, documents and information in relation to the operations of the authority as the responsible Commonwealth Minister requires. (2) A report, document or information required under subsection (1) must be relevant to: (a) this Part; or (b) regulations made for the purposes of this Part; or (c) the Commonwealth Finance Minister’s Orders. (3) The responsible manager or managers must comply with requirements under subsection (1) within the time limits set by the responsible Commonwealth Minister.
