48M Promoting efficient, effective and ethical use etc. of Administration resources

(1) The Chief Executive Officer must manage the affairs of the Administration in a way that promotes proper use of the Administration resources for which the Chief Executive Officer is responsible. (2) In doing so, the Chief Executive Officer must comply with this Act, the regulations, the Commonwealth Finance Minister’s Orders and any other law. (3) In this section:

proper use means efficient, effective and ethical use that is not inconsistent with the policies of the Administration.
