sec.3 Purposes
The purposes of this Act are— to enable reasonable and safe access by persons to terminations; and to regulate the conduct of registered health practitioners in relation to terminations. s 3 amd 2024 No. 7 s 26 sch 1
- (a) to enable reasonable and safe access by persons to terminations; and
- (b) to regulate the conduct of registered health practitioners in relation to terminations.
