sec.13 Meaning of termination services premises
In this part— termination services premises — means premises at which a service of performing terminations on persons is ordinarily provided; but does not include a pharmacy. s 13 amd 2024 No. 7 s 26 sch 1
- (a) means premises at which a service of performing terminations on persons is ordinarily provided; but
- (b) does not include a pharmacy.
