sec.11 Purpose
The purpose of this part is to protect the safety and well-being, and respect the privacy and dignity, of— persons accessing services provided at termination services premises; and persons who are employed to provide services at termination services premises or otherwise need to access the premises in the course of their duties or responsibilities.
