8CB Delegation
(1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary of the Department; or (b) an SES employee or acting SES employee whether or not in the Department; (ba) a person who is appointed by the Governor‑General under section 67 of the Constitution and has responsibilities in relation to the sale of Commonwealth assets; all or any of the Minister’s powers under: (c) this Part; or (d) the Schedule; or (e) regulations made for the purposes of section 8BN. (2) The Minister for Finance may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary of the Finance Department; or (b) an SES employee or acting SES employee whether or not in the Finance Department; (c) a person who is appointed by the Governor‑General under section 67 of the Constitution and has responsibilities in relation to the sale of Commonwealth assets; all or any of the powers conferred on the Minister for Finance by this Part.
