#### 8AYD Controlling interest in Telstra In determining, for the purposes of a law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act), whether the Commonwealth has a controlling interest in Telstra, if a share in Telstra is an investment of the Future Fund, assume that any voting rights associated with the share were held by a person other than the Commonwealth.
