#### 40 Judicial notice of seals For the purposes of Part 4, all courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of the seal of Telecom or of the Overseas Telecommunications Commission (Australia) appearing on a document and must presume that the seal was duly affixed.
