35Certain instruments to continue in force

#### 35 Certain instruments to continue in force Subject to the regulations, each instrument (including a legislative instrument other than this Act) subsisting immediately before the succession day: (a) to which a former telecommunications corporation was a party; or (b) that was given to or in favour of such a corporation; or (c) that refers to such a corporation; or (d) under which: (i) money is, or may become, payable to or by such a corporation; or (ii) other property is to be, or may become liable to be, transferred to or by such a corporation; continues to have effect according to its tenor on and after the succession day except that a reference in the instrument to a former telecommunications corporation is taken on and after that day to be a reference to Telstra.
