33 Laws relating to buildings, structures and facilities

A law of a State or Territory that relates to: (a) the standards applicable to: (i) the design; or (ii) the manner of the construction; of a building, structure or facility; or (b) the approval of the construction of a building, structure or facility; or (c) the occupancy, or use, of a building, structure or facility; or (d) the alteration or demolition of a building, structure or facility; does not apply to a building, structure or facility that is the property of Telstra if: (e) the building, structure or facility was occupied or in use; or (f) the construction, alteration or demolition of the building, structure or facility had commenced; before the succession date.
