83Severability

#### 83 Severability (1) Without limiting its effect apart from this section, this Part also has effect as provided by this section. Corporations power (2) This Part also has the effect it would have if: (a) subsection (3) had not been enacted; and (b) each reference in this Part to an NBN corporation were, by express provision, confined to an NBN corporation that is a constitutional corporation. Communications power (3) This Part also has the effect it would have if: (a) subsection (2) had not been enacted; and (b) each reference in this Part to an NBN corporation were, by express provision, confined to an NBN corporation that: (i) carries on; or (ii) proposes to carry on; or (iii) has the object of carrying on; a business that consists of or includes the supply of a carriage service.
