#### 60 Appointment of the CEO
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by TUSMA by written instrument.
(2) The CEO holds office on a full‑time basis.
(3) The CEO must not be a TUSMA member.
(4) Before making an appointment under subsection (1), TUSMA must consult the Minister.
