32 Functions of TUSMA
TUSMA has the following functions: (a) such functions as are conferred on TUSMA by this Act; (b) such functions as are conferred on TUSMA by the regulations; (c) such functions as are conferred on TUSMA by any other law of the Commonwealth; (d) to do anything incidental to or conducive to the performance of any of the above functions.
