#### 25 Transitional—National Relay Service If: (a) before the commencement of subsection 95(1A) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999, the Commonwealth entered into a contract with a company as mentioned in section 95 of that Act; and (b) as at the commencement of that subsection, the contract is in force; then: (c) this Act, and any other law of the Commonwealth, has effect, after the commencement of that subsection, as if the contract had been entered into by TUSMA under section 13 of this Act for a purpose relating to the achievement of the policy objective set out in paragraph 11(d) of this Act; and (d) the contract is a designated transitional contract for the purposes of this Act.
