105 When levy payable
(1) Levy assessed under section 100 becomes due and payable on: (a) the 28th day; or (b) such later day as is determined in writing by the ACMA; after the ACMA gives a copy of the assessment to the participating person to whom the assessment relates. (2) A copy of a determination under paragraph (1)(b) must be published on the ACMA’s website. (3) A determination under paragraph (1)(b) is not a legislative instrument.
