92Waivers to continue in force

#### 92 Waivers to continue in force (1) This section applies to a waiver in force under an instrument made under subsection 87J(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1991, where the waiver was in force immediately before 1 July 1997. (2) The Telecommunications Act 1997 has effect as if: (a) the waiver had been given in accordance with an instrument made under subsection 238(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997; and (b) the waiver had been given at the beginning of 1 July 1997; and (c) the standard assumptions were made in relation to the waiver.
