91 Instruments making provision for waiver of guarantee to continue in force
(1) This section applies to an instrument in force under subsection 87J(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1991 immediately before 1 July 1997. (2) The Telecommunications Act 1997 has effect as if: (a) the instrument had been made by the ACA under subsection 238(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 at the beginning of 1 July 1997; and (b) the instrument had taken effect at the beginning of 1 July 1997; and (c) the standard assumptions were made in relation to the instrument.
