#### 90 Consent by Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to continue in force (1) This section applies to a consent by the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in force under subsection 87H(4) of the Telecommunications Act 1991 immediately before 1 July 1997. (2) The Telecommunications Act 1997 has effect as if: (a) the consent had been given by the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman under subsection 237(4) of the Telecommunications Act 1997 at the beginning of 1 July 1997; and (b) the requirements set out in subsection 237(6) of that Act had been complied with in relation to the consent; and (c) the standard assumptions were made in relation to the consent.
