#### 74 Modification of certain references to the numbering plan (1) Until the termination time, the following provisions of the Telecommunications Act 1997 have effect as if a reference in those provisions to the numbering plan were a reference to a determination under subsection (2) of this section: (a) the definition of emergency call service in section 7; (b) the definition of emergency service organisation in section 265; (c) section 286. (2) The ACA may, by notice published in the Gazette, make a determination for the purposes of subsection (1). (3) Until the termination time, the following provisions of the Telecommunications Act 1997 have effect as if a reference in those provisions to a number specified in the numbering plan as mentioned in subsection 455(3) of that Act were a reference to a number specified in a determination under subsection (4) of this section: (a) section 285; (b) clause 10 of Schedule 2; (c) clause 11 of Schedule 2. (4) The ACA may, by notice published in the Gazette, make a determination for the purposes of subsection (3).
