#### 25 Delegation (1) The Minister may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary to the Department; or (b) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department; all or any of the powers conferred on the Minister by this Division. (2) The delegate is, in the exercise of the power delegated under subsection (1), subject to the directions of the Minister.
