#### 212 Payments into Universal Service Reserve There must be transferred to the Universal Service Reserve from the Consolidated Revenue Fund: (a) amounts equal to amounts of levy paid under this Part; and (b) money appropriated by law for the Universal Service Reserve’s purposes; and (c) amounts equal to interest from the investment of money in the Universal Service Reserve; and (d) amounts equal to amounts that were overpaid under section 214 and have been recovered; and (e) amounts equal to amounts paid under section 218. Schedule 5—Repeal of Acts 1 Repeal of Acts The Acts specified in this Schedule are repealed.
