Despite the repeal of Part 15 of the Telecommunications Act 1991 (the 1991 Act) by this Act, Part 15 continues to apply, after the merging time, in relation to a matter: (a) of a kind referred to in section 333 of the 1991 Act; and (b) that arose before the merging time; as if: (c) that Part had not been repealed; and (d) each reference in that Part to AUSTEL were a reference to the ACA; and (e) sections 343 and 344 of the 1991 Act had not been enacted.
