4.3 Information to be obtained from the customer
The carriage service provider must obtain the information specified in Table 2 below from the customer of a prepaid mobile carriage service:

4.4 Verification of the identity of a customer who is a purchaser
This section applies to the carriage service provider if the customer is a purchaser.
The carriage service provider must verify the identity of the purchaser in accordance with the Table 3 below and subsection (3).
