19 ACMA may request further information
(1) The ACMA may, in writing, request a research entity specified in an application for a research authorisation to give the ACMA further information within 90 days after the request is made. (2) The request must state the effect of subsection (3). (3) If the entity does not provide the information within 90 days, the ACMA may treat the application as if it did not specify the entity.
