15 Disclosures of unlisted mobile number information to authorised research entity
(1) For the purposes of subsection 292(1) of the Act, this section specifies circumstances in which section 276 of the Act does not prohibit a disclosure or use of information or a document. (2) Section 276 of the Act does not prohibit the disclosure or use of information or a document if: (a) the information or document is disclosed by Telstra to an authorised research entity; and (b) the information is, or the document consists of, authorised unlisted mobile number information.
