13A Supply of eligible services to be on wholesale basis—class exemptions
For the purposes of the following provisions of the Act, the higher number of 12,000 is specified: (a) subparagraph 143A(1)(d)(ii); (b) subparagraph 143A(1)(e)(ii); (c) subparagraph 143A(2)(d)(ii); (d) subparagraph 143A(2)(e)(ii).
