The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY makes this Determination under paragraph 15 (1) (ca) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Telecommunications (Recovery of amounts paid under section 136C of the Telecommunications Act 1997) Determination 2009.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Amount determined
The amount determined to be sum of the amounts paid under section 136C of the Telecommunications Act 1997 during the 2007-2008 financial year is $280,640.
