9 Stored communications warrant—prescribed form

For the purposes of paragraph 118(1)(a) of the Act, the following forms are prescribed: (a) for a stored communications warrant issued as a result of an application other than an international assistance application—Form 6 in Schedule 1; (b) for a stored communications warrant issued as a result of an international assistance application—Form 6A in Schedule 1.
