91Delegation by Ombudsman

#### 91 Delegation by Ombudsman (1) The Ombudsman may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, delegate to another inspecting officer, all or any of the Ombudsman’s powers under this Part other than a power to report to the Minister and this power of delegation. (2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Part, be deemed to have been exercised by the Ombudsman. (3) A delegation under subsection (1) does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Ombudsman. (4) A delegate shall, upon request by a person affected by the exercise of any power delegated to the delegate, produce the instrument of delegation, or a copy of the instrument, for inspection by the person.
