85Ombudsman may report on other breaches of this Act

#### 85 Ombudsman may report on other breaches of this Act (1) If, as a result of an inspection under this Part of the records of an agency, the Ombudsman is of the opinion that an officer of the agency has contravened a provision of this Act, the Ombudsman may include in his or her report on the inspection a report on the contravention. (2) To avoid doubt, for the purposes of subsection (1), a contravention of a condition or restriction specified in a warrant issued under this Act is a contravention of a provision of this Act. (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to a contravention of section 79, 79AA, 79AB, 80 or 81.
