#### 81E Provision of information by eligible authorities When section applies (1) This section applies to an eligible authority of a State if the eligible authority is an agency. Secretary may require information (2) The Secretary of the Department may, by written notice given to the chief officer of the eligible authority, require the chief officer to give the Secretary such information as the Secretary requires for the purposes of complying with the obligations imposed on him or her by section 81C. Information to be given (3) The chief officer must give the information within the period, and in the manner, specified in the notice.
