#### 70 Communicating information obtained by interception under Part 2‑3 A member of a police force may, in the course of performing his or her duties as such a member, communicate to another member of a police force, or to any other person whose assistance may be required in dealing with an emergency of a kind referred to in paragraph 30(1)(b), information communicated (whether before or after the commencement of this section) to the first‑mentioned member in accordance with subsection 30(3) or this section.
