#### 51 Action by agency after warrant issued on telephone application (1) A person (in this section called the applicant) who makes a telephone application on an agency’s behalf shall comply with this section within one day after the day on which a warrant is issued on the application. (2) The applicant shall cause each person who gave information to the Judge or nominated ART member in connection with the application to swear an affidavit setting out the information so given by the person. (3) The applicant shall give to the Judge or nominated ART member: (a) the affidavit or affidavits; and (b) unless the applicant is the chief officer of the agency—a copy of an authorisation by the chief officer under subsection 40(3) that was in force in relation to the applicant when the application was made.
