4B Application to Norfolk Island
(1) This Act does not extend to Norfolk Island. (2) Subsection (1) ceases to be in force when the Telecommunications Act 1992 (Norfolk Island) is repealed.
Note: Once subsection (1) ceases to be in force this Act will extend to Norfolk Island because of section 18 of the Norfolk Island Act 1979.
