#### 183 Form of authorisations and notifications
(1) The following:
(a) an authorisation under Division 3, 4 or 4A of Part 4‑1;
(b) the notification of such an authorisation;
(c) the revocation of such an authorisation;
(d) the notification of such a revocation;
must:
(e) be in written form or in electronic form (for example, email); and
(f) comply with such requirements as are determined under subsection (2).
(2) A Communications Access Coordinator may, by legislative instrument, determine requirements for the purposes of paragraph (1)(f).
(3) A Communications Access Coordinator must consult the ACMA and the Information Commissioner in relation to matters that relate to the privacy functions (within the meaning of the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010) before a determination is made under subsection (2).
